Creative Designer

Good Graphics Design is a fast-growing creative studio that fuses classic design craft with cutting-edge AI workflows to create memorable brand experiences for clients worldwide. Our distributed team spans three continents; we’re now hiring a designer in Sri Lanka who can work remotely (with optional hot-desk access in Colombo) while collaborating live with our North American crew.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate client requirements into high-quality digital assets, including ads, social media content, slide decks, infographics, and branding materials.
• Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Ideogram, MidJourney, DALL·E, Firefly, and Stable Diffusion to streamline the design process.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to execute projects efficiently.
• Contribute innovative ideas beyond assigned tasks to enhance project outcomes.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, internal project meetings, and external client meetings.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely updates in project management systems.
• Organize and securely store all digital assets using the company’s cloud storage systems.
• Meet performance benchmarks and adhere to defined KPIs.

Requirements:

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Graphic Design, Creative Design, or Digital Media Marketing.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience creating digital design assets.
• Proficient in Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Familiarity with AI tools for accelerating the design process.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience with video editing and/or UI/UX design will be a plus (not required, but advantageous).

Additional Requirements:

• A reliable workstation, high-speed internet connection, and the ability to manage time effectively while working remotely.
• Availability to work Monday–Friday, 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. US Eastern Time (7:30 p.m. – 1:30 a.m. Sri Lanka time).
• An additional 10 hours of work per week, flexible based on your schedule, to complete a 40-hour workweek.
