At Tintessa, we’re creating skin-first, skincare-powered makeup for Indian skin.

Think soft-glam. Breathable textures. Real tones. Clean aesthetics.

No filters, no fluff — just glow that actually loves your skin back.

We’re looking for someone who is: 🎨 Obsessed with design, moodboards, and packaging

📱 Lives on Instagram + understands what makes content convert

🖌️ Skilled in Adobe Illustrator, Canva & basic video editing

💡 Comfortable juggling both social media + brand design

🖤 Deeply plugged into Gen Z beauty culture

🔁 Your day-to-day will include:

• Creating, planning and posting content
• Designing packaging and PR visuals
• Creating and editing Reels
• Building our early community
• Collaborating directly with the founder
• Managing the brand's social media presence

• Work hybrid in Month 1 → then in-office (Delhi/NCR)
