JR Classes a fast growing education brand is looking for someone who understands what what clicks with Gen Z, knows how to turn ideas into viral reels and can manage a young, driven content team.

Role: Creative and Content Manager

Location: Rohini, Delhi (Hybrid mode optional)

Salary: INR Rs 35,000 to Rs 55,000/month (Based on experience)

You will be Responsible For:

• Trend spotting and planning content calendars.
• Leading interns (designers, video editors, content writers).
• Creating content for Reels, Youtube Shorts, Campaigns.
• Overseeing execution with deadlines, creativity and consistency.

You Should Have:

• Experience in content creation or digital marketing (1-3 years).
• Strong grip on Reels, shorts and youth trends.
• Leadership skills to manage a small in-house creative team.
• Basic Canva, CapCut or video editing understanding.
