Grassroots Music is looking for a highly skilled and CPA-certified Business Manager to join our team in Los Angeles! 🎵💼

✔️ Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow management

✔️ Manage bookkeeping, tax filings, and compliance for clients

✔️ Handle financial reporting and ensure accuracy in all records

✔️ Collaborate with internal team, talent managers, and partners 

🔹 Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license (California)

🔹 Strong background in business management & accounting

🔹 Experience in the music or entertainment industry is a plus

🔹 Detail-oriented, proactive, and excellent communication skills

🔹 Ability to work with high-profile clients in a fast-paced environment

🔹 Spanish speaking is a plus

🔹 Experience in real estate
