Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Courseware Developer to join our training solutions team. In this role, you will lead the design and development of engaging, interactive courseware that enhances learning outcomes.

Job Description

• Lead the development of comprehensive courseware, including eLearning modules, instructor-led training materials, and assessments that align with learning objectives
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather and analyze content requirements, ensuring accurate and relevant information is included
• Conduct thorough reviews and evaluations of courseware to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with industry standards
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in courseware design

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of experience in courseware development or instructional design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating effective educational materials
• Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM)
• Knowledge of multimedia production tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, etc.)
• Knowledge of programming languages such as HTML5, CSS, or JavaScript for enhancing course interactivity
• Experience in data analysis to assess learning outcomes and improve course effectiveness
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences

Preferred:

• Advanced degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and assessment tools
• Experience in developing training materials for technical or industry-specific content
