Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jakarta, Indonesia for a Course Consultant. The Course Consultant will be responsible for consulting with clients, recommending courses, assisting with course selection, and providing information on course offerings. They will also handle customer inquiries, manage course enrollment, and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Organizational and Time Management skills
• Attention to Detail and Problem-solving skills
• Experience in Education or Training sector is a plus
