Our client is preparing for a major SAP go-live next year and is seeking an experienced Coupa Consultant to support a key element of the finance workstream — the Accounts Payable (AP) module.

As part of this transformation, Coupa will be used to manage AP processes, and we’re looking for a hands-on expert to take ownership of the Coupa AP module from an internal perspective. You’ll act as the go-to person for Coupa within the organisation, supporting and complementing the efforts of an external consultancy that’s managing the broader SAP integration and implementation.

This is a business-critical role with a strong focus on invoicing. You will bridge the gap between internal stakeholders and the third-party consultancy to ensure that the AP solution within Coupa is optimally configured, aligned with business needs, and integrated effectively into the wider SAP platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the internal delivery and support of the Coupa Accounts Payable module.
• Act as the primary liaison between business users and the external implementation partner.
• Drive the design and execution of a robust invoicing process within Coupa.
• Support configuration, testing, and troubleshooting during the rollout phase.

Essential Experience:

• Proven expertise in Coupa Accounts Payable (AP) module.
• Strong background in Coupa implementation projects.
• Experience with configuration and support of AP workflows.

Desirable Skills:

• Knowledge of Coupa-to-SAP integrations.
• Hands-on data migration experience.
• Previous experience in a System Admin-type role within Coupa or similar tools.
