We are now looking for an experienced and motivated Country Manager to lead our Reefer operations in the Benelux region.

Operational success and team spirit

As the Country Manager for Reefer Benelux, it will be your job to develop our market position in the Benelux region, with a focus on operational excellence and efficiency to drive productivity and profitability. You will report to the Regional EMEA Head Reefer Sea and your key responsibilities will incl.:

• Oversee operations within Reefer Sea, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
• Drive Process Excellence and establish best practice operational platforms, including engagement in Order to Cash processes, data quality, and resource optimisation.
• Enhance our market position through strategic commercial initiatives
• Analyse costs and cost structures, implementing improvement measures to reduce costs and maximise profitability.
• Deliver exceptional and consistent high-quality customer services to meet customer expectations, attract new customers, and increase involvement with current customers.
• Build high-performing teams, including hiring, training, recognising talent, and ensuring succession to all key roles. Develop and mentor team members to reach their full potential.
• Foster collaboration between different business units and verticals to enhance operational efficiency.
• Identify and capitalise on new business areas and the development of profitable revenue growth.
• Develop effective pricing strategies and manage procurement to sustain profitable growth.

You are an experienced manager with at least 10 years of industry experience and a deep understanding of industry dynamics, preferably within Reefer. You have a proven track record in change management and leading change initiatives. Your leadership skills enable you to inspire and guide your team effectively. You excel at delegating tasks and responsibilities, empowering team members to take ownership and accountability for their work. Your operational management skills are robust, with a focus on process optimisation and cost management. Furthermore, we expect you to have:
