We are currently looking for a skilled, experienced and motivated person who can join Autamarocchi Intermodal Gmbh team at our Hamburg branch (with flexibility to travel to our branch in Duisburg or to other branches of AutaMarocchi in Europe).

We are looking for a Country Manager who will have the following responsibilities:

• To achieve the desired budget and plans shared with Auta Marocchi Group management;
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and regulatory authorities.
• Sales and PR (e.g. events related to our business, fair events…) activities in the responsible country/countries;
• Prepare the yearly business plan and budget in line with the Group's growth and development targets;
• Financial/administrative activities;
• Lead, motivate, and manage local teams to achieve operational and financial targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and risks.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and legal standards.

He/she is able to create and sustain strong and effective relationships with Employee, Customers and Suppliers too, to analyse the market and to find new potential opportunities as well as support the internal sales team. He/she will be responsible for developing FCL Business as domestic as international market.

At the same time the role will include the below core activities: · Develop road transport (FCL) and negotiation with customers, identify and maximising commercial opportunities and contract growth, plan and conduct commercial visit & calls and develop a strategic sales plan, negotiating agreements for contracts with customers, manage of continuous Market Scouting to find out market opportunities.

Requirements:

• Professional experience in the area of Road & Intermodal Freight Transport (FCL) in a leading position;
• Knowledge in transport sector;
• Strong client focus;
• Commercial mindset;
• Self-motivation and ability to work on your own initiative
• Professional knowledge of English and German language, both written and spoken
