Cost Estimator/Project Manager (NY, NY) Oversee & manage the org, sched'g, budgeting, & implmtn of plans on multiple projects. Review all project drawings, scopes, schedules, & other project-rltd docs to ensure a comprehensive knowl of designated projects. Calculate takeoffs, quantities, & material price-checks in coord'n w/ another cost estimator, verifying data & reviewing calculations to ensure their accuracy. Create the primary bid document to be presented for each assigned project.
