We are currently seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Cost Estimator Engineer to support our Estimation & Tendering Department in a collaborative role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost estimation for industrial buildings, logistics centers, and private-sector construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze architectural and structural drawings
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and BOQs
• Research market prices for materials, labor, and equipment
• Assist in the preparation of competitive tender submissions
• Work closely with the Cost Estimator Manager and project teams
• Maintain and improve internal cost databases

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Construction Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction cost estimation
• Proficiency in Excel and/or cost estimation software (e.g., Candy, CostOS)
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with industrial steel structures or large-scale commercial buildings
• Familiarity with MEP systems in warehouse/infrastructure projects
• Previous experience with Design & Build tenders
