Within our Project Controls Department we are looking for a Cost Engineer who will

  • Recast the Cost Estimate and set up the Project Cost WBS (Work Breakdown Structure)
  • Allocate the Project Budget against the different WBS codes
  • Set up the Monthly Cost Report and periodically update it including Commitments, Actuals, ETC and Allowances, analyzing the variances from Current Budget and Previous Period
  • Run Cost Risk Analysis and manage the Project Contingency
  • Manage and track Changes regarding both Internal Services and Subcontractors' activities from preparation of Change Request up to Approval and Budget update
  • Provide the tools necessary to effectively and proactively manage, control, and report on projects costs throughout the organization
  • Cooperate with Home Office Procurement and Subcontracting departments and Construction Site Team
  • Drive Site Meetings with Construction Team, Subcontractors and Clients

Das bringst Du mit

  • Graduate in Engineering Disciplines
  • 7+ years experience in Project Control roles on Building Pharma / Chemical / O&G projects
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Availability to travel
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work with individuals at all levels (Management, Clients, Vendors, etc)
