The Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Cost Engineer to oversee cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control for various projects. The Cost Engineer will play a critical role in supporting project teams by analyzing financial data, preparing cost forecasts, and ensuring that project costs are accurately tracked and managed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide cost engineering support and advisory services for Power by developing baseline project cost estimates, cost, and funding plans throughout the project lifecycle.
• Offer guidance, direction, and specialized assistance to resolve project cost control issues.
• Develop, implement, and maintain cost engineering infrastructure.
• Manage financial aspects of projects.
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Provide expert advisory services to Project Managers on all cost engineering-related matters.
• Develop and train new recruits.

Qualifications and Experience:

• BSc Engineering (or equivalent)
• Advantage Cost Engineering/Financial
• 5 years' experience in Cost Engineering and Financial management
