We are hiring a Cost Controller

As a Cost Controller, we rely on you to

• Be responsible for supervising, co-coordinating and participating in the activities of personnel engaged in receiving, storing, issuing, accounting for and controlling the cost of food, beverage and general supplies within established quality standards
• Provide cost of sales information needed to control costs and to ensure that food and beverage profit are maximized consistent with high standards of quality and service

• Outgoing and ability to supervise
• Excellent presenter and communicator
• Is self-driven, goal-oriented, able to challenge the status quo
• Accountant Certification
