Duties and Responsibilities:

The Cost Engineering Supervisor is responsible for the review and monitoring of the Construction Costs of his/her assigned projects. He/she is responsible for the monitoring of Project Schedule / S- C urve and EOT of all projects. He/she works with the Cost Monitoring Team to generate the Monthly Consolidated Cost Monitoring Report and POC Report. He/she assists the Cost Engineering Manager on all cost monitoring and project schedules concern.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering Field and possessing a valid PRC license or equivalent.

• Minimum of three (3) years experience in quantity surveying/ cost monitoring/change orders monitoring

• Knowledgeable in SAP, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
