Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join
our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities,
building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with the
sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies that expand our market
presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive B2B sales and meet monthly targets
Identify and onboard client\ vendor
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Present and pitch business solutions effectively to stakeholders
Understand client needs and align offerings accordingly
Follow up on leads and close deals independently
Requirements & Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
