Our client, a nationally recognized general contractor and specialty project management firm, is looking for a dynamic, hands-on Corporate Recruiter or Recruitment Manager to own and scale their full-cycle hiring process across field, operations, and corporate teams.

This is a high-impact, in-office role working directly with senior leadership to shape hiring strategy, streamline processes, and drive growth nationwide. The ideal candidate is metrics-driven, emotionally intelligent, and excited to build out a best-in-class recruitment infrastructure in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.


What You’ll Do

  • Own the entire hiring process β€” from intake to onboarding β€” across multiple departments and levels
  • Partner with hiring managers to create job descriptions, interview scorecards, and candidate profiles
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, CareerBuilder, Indeed, etc.
  • Manage the ATS, track pipelines, and report weekly/monthly hiring KPIs
  • Support onboarding, conduct exit interviews, and maintain strong DEI and OFCCP compliance
  • Drive recruitment process improvement, elevate candidate experience, and optimize offer conversion


What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience β€” ideally in construction, retail rollout, tech, or high-volume environments
  • Confident working across seniority levels and departments
  • Proficient with ATS platforms, Microsoft Suite, and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Excellent communication, emotional intelligence, and stakeholder engagement
  • KPI-oriented mindset β€” you know your Time-to-Fill, Acceptance Rate, and Funnel Conversion metrics
  • Comfortable working onsite in Pomona, CA (5 days/week)
  • Bonus: Experience with OFCCP compliance and building scalable hiring systems
