Role Overview:

As a Corporate Planning Executive, you will play a key role in supporting strategic initiatives, preparing internal reports, and assisting management in monitoring key projects and business objectives across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in company-wide planning and business analysis
• Prepare internal reports, presentations, and updates for management review
• Monitor project progress and support timeline tracking across departments
• Coordinate with various teams to gather data and compile planning-related documents
• Provide insights and recommendations based on performance trends and data
• Support the preparation of monthly/quarterly planning meetings

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin (preferred)
• Able to multitask, work independently, and maintain confidentiality
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship or leadership experience are encouraged to apply
