Summary

At Reapra, our mission is to co-create industries for the betterment of society through Research and Practice. The way we do this is through a unique people centric business building approach that connects a founder's self-understanding and long term systemic issue that the founder would like to resolve through their businesses. Reapra is currently looking for a Corporate Meeting Coordinator Intern to support the logistics and administrative preparations for our monthly corporate meetings held primarily in Fukuoka, Japan.

What to Expect in this Internship:

  • Schedule and manage meeting schedules on Google Calendar
  • Manage and assist with meeting logistics including venue and accommodation booking, set up of AV equipment and catering arrangements
  • Communicate and work closely together with internal and external participants to coordinate logistics of the monthly meeting
  • Track budget expenses related to the monthly corporate meeting logistics


Requirements

  • Candidate must be based in Fukuoka, Japan
  • Minimum 6 months commitment, whether full time or part time. Ability to work on the days of the corporate meeting will be necessary to be able to give hands on support in a timely fashion.
  • Strong fluency in Japanese and English, as the main language of communication between meeting participants are primarily in these 2 languages. Fluency in Chinese would also be an added advantage for communication with Chinese speakers.
  • Ability to drive would also be beneficial, as certain meeting locations may be more accessible via car.

  • High Interest Working in Multicultural Environments: Participants of the corporate meeting come from various cultural backgrounds and countries, so high interest working with members of different backgrounds would be beneficial.
