Corporate Controller

We’re partnering with a growing client in search of a Corporate Controller to lead their accounting function across multiple lines of business. This is a high-impact role for a proven accounting leader who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

As Corporate Controller, you’ll oversee the accounting team—including division Controllers—while managing intercompany activity and delivering accurate, consolidated financial results to corporate leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the corporate accounting team and divisional Controllers
• Oversee monthly close and consolidation of financial statements
• Review intercompany transactions and ensure proper eliminations
• Present consolidated results to senior leadership
• Maintain strong internal controls and compliance with GAAP

What We’re Looking For:

Experience managing accounting across multiple entities or business lines

Strong understanding of US GAAP

CPA preferred

Proven leadership and communication skills
