Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Corporate Event Manager located in Surat. The Corporate Event Manager will be responsible for coordinating and executing corporate events, managing logistics, liaising with clients and vendors, and ensuring the smooth running of events from planning to execution. The role involves budget management, on-site troubleshooting, and post-event evaluation.

• Proficiency in Vendor Management and Client Liaison
• Budget Management and Cost Control skills
• Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle on-site troubleshooting
• Strong Organizational skills and Attention to Detail
• Experience in Corporate Event Management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
