Summary of Role: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Corporate Development Manager to join our dynamic team in the semiconductor industry. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying, evaluating, and executing inorganic growth opportunities including M&A, strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and investments. This position requires a strong understanding of the semiconductor ecosystem, financial modeling, and transaction execution, coupled with excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Identify and assess potential acquisition, investment, and partnership opportunities aligned with corporate strategy.
  • Lead financial and strategic analyses including business case development, valuation, and due diligence efforts.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (finance, legal, engineering, product, etc.) to evaluate opportunities and manage transaction execution.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of strategic opportunities through market and competitive intelligence.
  • Create executive-level presentations and reports for internal stakeholders including C-suite and Board of Directors.
  • Negotiate key deal terms and manage relationships with external advisors, bankers, and legal counsel.
  • Monitor post-transaction integration and performance tracking.

Other Responsibilities

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • 8–10 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or venture capital — with a focus on semiconductors or deep tech sectors.
  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and deal execution experience
  • Deep understanding of the semiconductor market, value chain, and competitive landscape.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working on cross-border M&A or strategic transactions.
  • Technical background or familiarity with chip design, manufacturing, or related technologies.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and antitrust considerations in semiconductor transactions.
  • Project management skills - i.e., the ability to innovate and execute on solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong planning & organizational skills.

Expected Salary Range

$96,900.00 - $184,200.00
