Oracle Corporate Development is a small, fast-paced and high-performing team responsible for the execution and integration of mergers and acquisition (M&A) globally. The Intern will assist the Corporate Development team throughout the various phases of the acquisition process and will gain exposure to the various work streams, interactions, and decision making considerations involved within the M&A process. The Intern will also receive training to begin building a proficiency in performing financial statement and valuation analysis tasks that are core to an M&A evaluation. As such, we are seeking a talented and highly motivated individual looking to develop deep analytical and strong interpersonal skillsets.
