Salary Range: $115K-160K + bonus compensation

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as Manager, Corporate Development and M&A. The successful candidate will focus on supporting mergers and acquisitions (M&A) efforts along with other development projects and should possess a strong background in finance and accounting.

Responsibilities:

• Lead financial modeling and valuation efforts for M&A and other corporate development projects, including partnerships and the establishment of new locations; support the development and refinement of project theses.
• Prepare and present compelling investment memoranda and presentations for deal and development project approvals.
• Manage and support cross-functional due diligence processes involving finance, clinical operations, legal, human resources, and other external stakeholders (sellers, partners).
• Monitor and follow up on pipeline activities related to development opportunities and deals in collaboration with the Growth and Marketing teams.
• Work closely with internal teams to support integration planning and transition processes with the Strategic Planning team.
• Collaborate with the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development to prioritize and evaluate development strategies comprehensively.

Experience:

• A minimum of 4–6 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, deal advisory, private equity, or investment banking.
• A background in or significant exposure to the healthcare services industry is preferred.
• Expertise in financial modeling and valuation methodologies, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in managing cross-functional due diligence processes and working with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
