Our growing Software client is looking for a Corporate Controller who will report to their CFO and manage a team of 7 that is responsible for day to day accounting operations, revenue recognition and FP&A. This is a work in office role 4 days a week in San Jose and only SF Bay Area candidates will be considered.

In this role, you will be responsible for all facets of accounting operations reporting to the CFO. This will include Revenue Accounting (ASC 606), FP&A, General Accounting and all day to day accounting activities. You will gain invaluable experience with visibility into the company’s business & operations and create impact within a growing Finance organization. You will be deeply involved with high-profile strategic and operational initiatives, deliver business analytics and insights, and make recommendations for short and long term decisions. You will be able to determine the department and reporting structure.

A CPA with 12 plus years of experience is Required

Software industry experience is Required

Working knowledge of ASC 606 Revenue Recognition is Required

Being able to work in the office 4 days a week is Required.
