Corporate Controller – Multi-Site Industrial Products Manufacturing – Private Equity

Our client is a successful and growing middle-market industrial products manufacturing and distribution business supporting the industrial, automotive and aerospace industries and is seeking a finance executive to support the local and corporate leadership teams across multi-location operations. The business has recently been backed by a leading private equity sponsor focused on driving growth through organic and acquisitive initiatives.

We are seeking a hands-on leader to strategically partner with the CFO while supporting the executive team. You will be called on to raise the standard for robust and timely reporting across multiple manufacturing and distribution facilities including the preparation of monthly financial statements and board level reporting packages. Ideally you will have a CPA, MBA or other financial designation and have a strong technical background in financial accounting, reporting, analysis and cost accounting within a manufacturing environment. You will have a history of implementing robust process and systems while creating effective KPI dashboards to enhance operational effectiveness within a complex, growth focused, high-performance enterprise.
