Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting functions, including GL, AP/AR, payroll, inventory, and cost accounting across global operations.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and support timely preparation of internal financial statements and reports.
• Maintain a strong internal control environment and lead external audits and financial reviews.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations and filing requirements.
• Partner with internal teams to align operational data with accurate cost tracking and manufacturing performance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning efforts in collaboration with the CFO.
• Evaluate and implement improvements to financial systems, reporting tools, and automation processes.
• Deliver actionable financial insights to key departments, including Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
• Lead, mentor, and grow the accounting team, promoting a high-performance culture and continuous development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).
• CPA certification required; MBA or advanced financial certification is a plus.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is highly desirable.
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency with NetSuite is required.
• Strong leadership skills with a collaborative and mentoring approach.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying and solving problems.
