Who ?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting
• Active CPA license
• Minimum 15 years of experience, public/ industry blend or industry
• Management experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP
• Ability to meet work deadlines specifically for financial statement close/ production
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage well through ambiguity and complexity
• Willing to be on-site daily

What ?

Reporting to the CFO, you will play a critical role in overseeing the financial operations of the Company and ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial data. Your responsibilities will include monitoring financial reports, identifying cost-saving opportunities, preparing timely and accurate monthly financial statements, and managing a Team. You will serve as the primary liaison with external auditors and tax accountants and be responsible for month-end and year-end closing activities, reconciliations, and general ledger reviews. Streamlining policies, procedures, and controls will be essential to enhance the efficiency of financial processes.
