Job Title: Core Java Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality, efficient Core Java applications with seamless integration to PL/SQL-based databases.
• Collaborate with team members to design, implement, and deliver scalable software solutions for critical business applications.
• Work with relational database systems to ensure optimized performance, including query handling, data manipulation, and efficient
• storage.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies including sprint grooming, planning, and daily stand-ups, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Engage in peer code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Innovate and enhance existing applications to meet evolving business requirements.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements, report progress, and address challenges promptly.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in Java and database technologies to ensure solutions leverage the latest capabilities.

Technical Skills & Expertise:

Programming & Development:

• Strong proficiency in Core Java with excellent programming skills and deep understanding of object-oriented programming and Java fundamentals.

Database Management:

• Hands-on expertise in PL/SQL, including designing and writing efficient queries, procedures, and functions.
• Strong experience with Relational Databases, including database design, SQL optimization, and performance tuning.

Architecture & Methodologies:

• Familiarity with Application Architectures for designing, developing, and maintaining robust enterprise applications.
• Experience in Agile Development Methodology, including test-driven development (TDD) and version control using Git.

DevOps & Automation:

• Experience with CI/CD practices, including automating build, test, and deployment pipelines.
