Create ideas & write copies that makes for great content on air & across other mediums for the consumer
Develop ideas and be a part of the station Programming Team that contributes to show concepts, show content, & thus play a key role in enhancing the on-air listenership
Create ideas & concepts for proactive client pitches keeping in mind the client’s marketing objectives & Brand Mirchi guidelines
Write scripts for radio commercials based as per the client briefs & create sketches (Copy with Voice over) for client approvals / Sales approvals
Write scripts / story boards for all promos, show promos, channel IDs etc based on the brief received from the Station Content Head / Show Producer
Give a humorous bent to content used by the RJs. Assist RJs in developing their show content as well as write storyboard to enhance their digital presence, as and when required
Creating 360-degree content ideas including radio, Digital, On-ground by scripting & conceptualizing ideas across mediums
Turn around the copy requirements speedily & with a quality focus within the defined timelines
Translate and adapt copies received from other stations to be aired in the local station
Coordinate multi-location activities with respect to scripting and content
INTERNAL STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT:
Cluster Programming Head, Programming Head, Producers, Promo Producers, Radio Jockey, Sales Team
TECHNICAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATION REQUIRED:
Graduation with any specialization
Basic Script writing
1-3 years of experience
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:
Great at ideating / conceptualizing
Very good copywriting skills – Short Format primarily
Must be a passionate consumer of various entertainment formats – music, films, sports,
Should be a keen observer
Should be fond of reading
