Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a copywriter or a related field.

• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse writing styles and platforms.

• Excellent understanding of F&B and lifestyle marketing trends.

• Experience crafting compelling social media content for various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

• Strong knowledge of SEO best practices is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.


Technical Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.

• Working knowledge of basic graphic design principles is a plus.

• Ability to structure copy effectively for different platforms and objectives (e.g. AIDA, PAS, etc).

• Proficiency in English Grammar and Indonesian EYD.

• Ability to gather relevant data, trends, and insights to inform & improve copy.

• Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in all written content.

Job Desc

• Develop and execute creative copy concepts for Ismaya Group's diverse brands, maintaining a consistent brand voice and tone.

• Collaborate with designers, marketing managers, and other stakeholders to ensure all messaging aligns with brand objectives and marketing strategies.

• Write persuasive and informative website copy, product descriptions, email marketing campaigns, and social media content.

• Conduct thorough research on target audiences, industry trends, and competitor messaging to inform copywriting strategies.

• Proofread and edit all copywriting materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.

• Stay up-to-date on the latest copywriting trends and best practices in the F&B and lifestyle industries.

• Brainstorm and develop creative content ideas to drive brand awareness and engagement.

• Analyze the performance of copywriting efforts and suggest improvements based on data insights.
