Compensation Range: $30 - 40 per hour

We are seeking a highly creative and strategically minded Senior Copywriter to join our team as a backfill for a key contributor. This role is ideal for a seasoned copywriter with 7-10 years of experience-ideally in an agency environment-who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative setting and is confident working across multiple channels, including paid media and CRM.

Responsibilities:

• 60% Paid Media
• Lead concept development for integrated campaigns.
• Craft compelling taglines and messaging (focus on shortform, actionable statements).
• Develop campaign concepts 4-5 times a year (e.g., Speedway campaigns).
• 40% CRM
• Write high-impact emails, promotional tiles, and related assets.
• Collaborate with design and cross-functional teams.
• Support strategic campaign ideation.
  

Additional Responsibilities:

• Present concepts and ideas to internal stakeholders.
• Confidently incorporate AI tools into your creative process.
• Contribute to process improvement and campaign efficiency.

Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of copywriting experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong creative writing and storytelling ability.
• Highly organized and process-driven mindset.
• Comfortable presenting and defending creative concepts.
