Role Purpose

We are hiring for the role of Copywriter – Copy & Communication. This role reports into the Associate Director: Creative & Communication. In your role, you'll be instrumental in advancing our mission by conceptualizing and executing cutting edge online & offline communication that drives business. You will be expected to showcase high level of creativity, ownership and deep understanding of consumer & business.


The responsibilities we entrust you with

  • Conceptualize ideas that work: Showcase deep understanding of culture & customer to develop ideas that are not only creative but also effective. Have the ability to work independently crafting out of the box ideas that work.
  • Partner with various teams: Work closely with product, design data and business teams to curate communication suitable for various touchpoints as well as stakeholders.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively: Show great partnership and attitude while dealing with internal and external teams. Work well with art teams to achieve the creative vision.
  • Evaluate and elevate the creative output: Take ownership for own creative output and of the art team. Ensure that the next output is better than the previous one.
  • Craft words that work: Leverage the power of words to encourage and entice various stakeholders to act. Drive growth through innovative concepts and creatives for digital and ATL campaigns, and for Social media.
  • Experiment & up-skill: A growth mindset with an eagerness to learn, take on challenges and keep updating oneself and constantly increase quality of creative output is highly appreciated.


What matters in this role

  • Relevant work experience: Work created across digital, film and print requirements and a rich portfolio that reflects it. Proficiency in making striking presentation decks, interest in and inclination to experiment with AI in the creative process would be highly valued.


  • Years of work experience: 3-7 years of experience in Copywriting with Ad agency experience preferred.


  • Qualification: A relevant Degree / Master’s Degree
