Job Description
Rigorous calling to the client for proper documentation and other related issues guided by the Case Manager or Management, Resolving client’s queries via phone or email.
To maintain and update checklist of countries.
Meeting quality expectation of client.
Counseling the applicant with their documents required as per the requirement of the
visa Category.
Preparing the file as per the checklist.
Guiding the clients with the visa process.
Follow up with the clients Sending Regular Visa updates through constant research and
tracking the changes with the Embassy and Consulate and intimating the same.
Preparing necessary documents pertaining to the particular visa; scrutinizing the
Correctness of the documents.
Taking Corrective measures for Visa rejections / refusals and getting the Visa done in the subsequent submission.
Helping client to get service faster and smoother.
