Reporting to the Project Manager, the Project Coordinator's primary responsibility is to provide comprehensive administrative support to the project team. Responsibilities include managing project documentation, maintaining project trackers, coordinating shop drawing reviews and submittals, and supporting project management software tools like Procore and Bluebeam.

What You'll Do Here:
* Provide administrative support to the Project Manager, ensuring all project-related documents, logs, and files are accurately maintained and readily accessible.
* Manage and organize project folders, templates, and information at the start of the project and throughout its lifecycle.
* Prepare, organize, and maintain electronic project folders on the server, ensuring all documentation is up to date and accessible.
* Coordinate the review, submission, and tracking of shop drawings, submittals, and other project documentation.
* Generate and track Requests for Information (RFIs) and maintain accurate records of responses.
* Prepare, track and maintain records of change notices and change orders, ensuring alignment with project scope and budget
* Utilize Procore and Bluebeam for documentation control, report generation, and drawing management.
* Assist with the preparation and submission of building and electrical permits.
* Track and report on site hours worked by employees, including project-specific reporting requirements.
* Assist in compiling Operations & Maintenance manuals and Quality Assurance documentation for review by the Project Manager.
* Attend and record minutes for project-related meetings and conference calls, ensuring action items are tracked and communicated.
* Support the preparation and distribution of project-related communications, reports, and updates.
* Work effectively in both site and office environments, ensuring seamless coordination between project teams.
* Adhere to all company workplace policies, standards, procedures, and safe work practices.
What You Bring to the Team:
* Education to include a technical college diploma, engineering degree, or combination of technical training and/or relevant experience.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Project Coordinator role, preferably in the electrical sector.
* Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Project. Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, SAP, and P6 is considered an asset.
* Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
* A positive attitude, adaptable, and committed to contributing to a supportive team environment.
