Position Type: Administration/Student Assistance Coordinator Date Posted: 3/21/2025 Location: Thrall Independent School District Date Available: 08/04/2025 Closing Date: 05/02/2025   Additional Information: Show/Hide Coordinator of Student Success Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree from Accredited University Master's Degree in the area of School Leadership TTESS Certification Required prior to the first day of school Experience Required: 5 Years as a Classroom Teacher 3 Years Leadership Experience in Education Extensive knowledge in the LPAC and 504 process P1 Pay Scale Min. $250 daily rate, 212 Days This position will be housed at Thrall Elementary School Job Description Emerging Bilingual * Current Caseload: 66 students * Prepare and Conduct LPAC Meetings for each student (Beginning, Middle, and End of Year Meetings, plus any additional meetings needed for testing) * Manage Frontline Files for all EB students and ensure compliance * Attend all required Title III Trainings through Region 13 and share knowledge with what is presented * Work with the Academic Dean to ensure TELPAS testing is completed and data shared with the Campus Principal and Teachers * Work with the Campus Principal to ensure student data is monitored and shared with Teachers * Code and Verify data for PEIMS 504 * Current Caseload: 90 students * Prepare and Conduct 504 Meetings for each student (1 per year, plus any additional meetings requested) * Manage Frontline Files for all 504 Students and ensure compliance * Work with the Academic Dean to ensure STAAR/EOC testing is completed and data shared with the Campus Principal and Teachers * Work with the Campus Principal to ensure student data is monitored and shared with Teachers * Code and Verify data for PEIMS Evaluations * Assist the Elementary Principal in TTESS Evaluations (25% of campus evaluations) * Assist the High School Principal in TTESS Evaluations (25% of campus evaluations)
