This role is responsible for ensuring continuous operation of the Learning Management System (LMS) to serve in the delivery of learning opportunities that align with the requisite competencies of PDS Health (PDS) team members. The Coordinator, Learning Operations must work effectively with Regional Partners/Directors/Managers, co-workers, customers, vendors, and others. Responsibilities Coordinate and administer training activities/workshops, schedule and manage logistics for training activities (outlook calendaring, materials, sign-in sheets, Support Center room set-up, etc.), maintain and monitor training enrollment as applicable and appropriate, provide registration/confirmation communications to registrants and management as appropriate, provide post training communications as needed, i.e. payroll time and attendance to Operations Managers Administer the day-to-day functions for the PDS Learning Management Systems (LMS) - create and update training activities, upload learning resources and materials and provide routine maintenance and systems auditing as needed, monitor reports and update system as needed, update transcript records, update user profiles as needed, i.e. external CE certificates, etc., provide routine QA testing to ensure accuracy of the training records/information, support system upgrades or changes Manage help tickets and team inbox to ensure regional and office teams are supported with learning needs. Additional reporting as needed/necessary Actively share ideas in a constructive and positive manner by listening to and objectively considering ideas and suggestions from others Keep commitments and keep direct supervisors informed of work progress, timetables, and issues Evaluate and actively address problems and issues constructively to find mutually acceptable and practical business solutions Other duties as assigned by management Qualifications Associate degree or one-year certificate from an accredited college or technical school.
