The opportunity
This is an active on-site 6-month fixed-term full-time opportunity where you will be supporting and coordinating a variety of Learning & Development (L&D) activities at the GWW Training Academy based in Melton and across all GWW training sites!
Reporting to the GWW Technical Training Lead, you will be key in coordinating a range of L&D activities, supporting L&D projects, ensuring all training is maintained through the learning platform, acting as the first point of contact for L&D queries and preparing rooms for training sessions.

Responsibilities
- Greet and induct colleagues, external customers and Trainers and setting up training sessions at multiple locations.
- Schedule National accredited safety/technical/compliance/certified qualifications/ water industry operational training working with RTOs and industry regulators.
- Follow and maintain accurate and easily accessible processes for all internal & external training courses.
- Communicate administrative procedures for the booking of external training courses.
- Support all training activities from administration related tasks including creating and sending calendar invites, setting up training rooms, delivering lunches and other associated tasks.
- Review evaluations, prepare reports, and arrange purchase orders, action invoices, and general accounts.
- Maintain up to date training records using the Learning Management System, SharePoint and other relevant databases.
Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a high attention to detail and proficient administration skills, or experience coordinating training events within a corporate environment.
- Outstanding people skills and the confidence to collaborate and build positive working relationships with a diverse range of internal and key external partners.
- Great organisational skills with the confidence to navigate multiple computer systems.
- Self-starter, with a proactive “can-do” approach and the ability to work as part of a team and autonomously.
- A current valid Victorian driver’s licence as this role requires you to work at the Melton training facility & work across all GWW training sites.
