**Responsibilities for a Coordinator II include but are not limited to:?**
+ Assist applicants in completing **Form I-9 documentation** within Workday
+ Manage and resolve cases related to employment authorization using **ServiceNow case management system**
+ Support **reporting and audit checks** for new hire form completion
+ Ensure compliance with employment eligibility verification processes and case resolution
**Candidates for Coordinator must meet the following requirements to be considered:?**
+ 1+ year of **operations experience**
+ Excellent client service and **communication skills**
+ Strong **PC skills** , especially with spreadsheets and databases
+ Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines with **a high degree of accuracy**

+ **Pay:** $16.14/hour
+ **Shift:** Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM EST
+ **Schedule:** Hybrid - 2 days remote (Monday & Friday), 3 days onsite (Tuesday-Thursday)

**Pay Details:** $16.14 per hour
