We're Hiring: CMM Programmers [Aerospace] – PCDMIS Software

Neviton Technologies is looking to bring two experienced CMM Programmers on board to support our growing aerospace quality and inspection programs. These roles require strong experience with PCDMIS software and a solid background in aerospace part inspection and dimensional analysis, preferably having a shop floor experience too.

Open Positions:

• One senior-level programmer with 9–10 years of experience
• One mid-level programmer with 6–7 years of experience

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Developing and optimizing CMM programs using PCDMIS (both online and offline).
• Reading and interpreting aerospace drawings, including GD&T.
• Performing first article and in-process inspections to ensure dimensional accuracy.
• Collaborating closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to address quality issues.
• Documenting inspection results in compliance with aerospace standards (AS9100, etc.).

What We’re Looking For:

• Hands-on experience with PCDMIS in an aerospace manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of GD&T and aerospace inspection standards.
• Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of accuracy.
• Previous experience working with tier-1 aerospace suppliers or OEM programs and having shop floor experience is a plus.
