The Challenge

We are seeking a visionary and execution-driven COO to lead all operations—from asset acquisition to on‑chain issuance and secondary market commercialization—ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and international scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate the CEO’s vision into quarterly operational plans, KPIs, and budgets; oversee and ensure compliance.

• Lead legal, technical, and asset management teams to minimize time-to-tokenize; approve smart contracts and audits.

• Ensure all operations comply with SEC/FINRA, FINMA, FCA, MiCA, and LATAM/Caribbean regulations.

• Optimize real estate cash flows, define income distribution policies, and manage SPV/DAO vehicles.

• Develop data-driven processes, systems, and culture for a multicultural team across Europe and the Americas.

• Negotiate with banks, custodians, ATS marketplaces, auditors, and asset owners; represent the company before regulators and industry forums.

Essential Requirements

Experience:

• 5+ years leading tokenized securities platforms or Real‑World Asset (RWA) projects.

• 7+ years in finance or real estate asset management, SPV/REIT structuring, or private equity real estate.

• Proven track record of scaling fintech or investment operations to ≥ USD 1 billion AUM or equivalent.

• Multinational regulatory compliance experience (SEC/FINRA, FCA, MiFID/MiCA, FINMA, FATF Travel Rule, FinCEN).

Technical Knowledge:

• Ethereum/L2 architectures, MPC/HSM security, digital custody, KYC/AML integrations, and DeFi oracles.

• Fluency in English (C1+); proficiency in French, Spanish, or German is a plus.

Skills:

• Strong leadership and execution to convert strategy into measurable outcomes.

• High-level negotiation and influence with senior executives, regulators, and critical service providers.

• Mindset oriented towards controlled risk and continuous innovation.

Education:

• Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or Master’s in Real Estate/Blockchain preferred.

• Relevant certifications: CAMS, CRCM, CBP, CEA.
