Controls/Automation Engineer - RNG - Indiana - Full Time

Piper Maddox has partnered up with one of the largest energy infrastructure companies in North America, looking for a Controls/Automation Engineer to be responsible for the overall maintenance and operations of their Renewable Natural Gas plants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving automation and compressor control issues.
• Responsible for providing technical input/assistance at key phases of capital projects.
• Responsible for the general upkeep of all equipment.
• Available after hours to respond to calls on nights and weekends.
• Self-starter who can complete work with minimum supervision.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in operations, maintenance and capital-project support of compressors or process plant automation systems.
• Working knowledge of the NFPA 70E / NEC.
• Proficient in PLC programming and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in HMI development and troubleshooting.
• Proficient with SCADA implementation.
• Possess a driver’s license.
