Controls Project Manager (HVAC)
Position Overview
The Controls Project Manager (HVAC) is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of HVAC control projects. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage HVAC control projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Conduct regular project meetings to report progress and address any issues.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to HVAC control systems.
- Review and approve project documentation, including design specifications and contracts.
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, HVAC Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC project management, with a focus on controls.
- Proven experience with controls systems such as ALC, PLC, Siemens, or Johnson Controls.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and data center requirements.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
