Job Description Position Summary: As a Controls Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, troubleshooting, and enhancement of process control systems within an industrial manufacturing plant. Your responsibilities encompass a wide range of activities, including engineering electrical, instrumentation, and automation systems, performing PLC/HMI hardware/software design and programming, and ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory protocols. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: * Design and troubleshoot process control systems. * Engineer, design and test electrical, instrumentation and automation systems associated with industrial manufacturing plant. * PLC/HMI hardware/software design, programming, and troubleshooting. * Develop and engineer electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and PLC logic. * Design and implement process network infrastructure (Ethernet, Device Net, Control Net, etc.). * Interface and communicate with vendors, process engineering, installation contractors and project management. * Specify and procure controls hardware and field instrumentation. * Database programming skills a plus.
