Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Controls Engineer to design, develop, and implement control systems for various automation projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal performance and reliability of control systems, contributing to the overall efficiency and safety of operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop control systems for automated processes.
• Program and configure PLCs and HMIs to meet project specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to control systems and automation.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to define project requirements and timelines.
• Conduct testing and validation of control systems to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Document control system designs, configurations, and modifications as required.
• Provide technical support and training for operators and maintenance personnel.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in control systems design and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of PLC programming, HMI design, and SCADA systems.
• Familiarity with Allen Bradley and Siemens control products.
• Experience with automation and robotics systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
