Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement PLC programs and control systems for automated manufacturing equipment. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize PLC and HMI software to ensure maximum efficiency and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical and electrical engineers, to integrate automation solutions. Provide technical support for system installations, testing, and commissioning at customer sites. Maintain and update electrical schematics, software documentation, and system configurations. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in automation and controls. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 5 years of experience in PLC programming (Siemens and/or Allen-Bradley preferred). Strong background in automation, motion control, and industrial networking. Experience with HMI development, SCADA systems, and robotics is a plus. Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex control systems. Strong communication and teamwork skills with a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Willingness to travel occasionally for system installations and customer support.
