Summary

Responsibilitiesarrow_right * Lead electrical group in troubleshooting and RCA for evaluating electrical conditions to resolve and preventively eliminate concerns and failures * Provide justification and support project managers to execute upgrades to equipment * Support a lean manufacturing culture with the proper use of PDCA cycles in engineering changes, and communicate well with stakeholders on status * Participate in rotating on-call support for 24/7 operations * Ensure company safety requirements are correctly identified and addressed in risk assessment, performance levels, and PPE selection for electrical hazards * Prepare detailed drawings using AutoCAD and/or Inventor software Qualificationsarrow_right * Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering * 3+ years of experience as an electrical engineer within a production or manufacturing environment * Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and PLCs * Working knowledge of industrial automation and coordinated machinery
