Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Controller, located in Waukesha, WI. The Controller will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations, including managing accounting records, creating financial reports, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role will also involve supervising the accounting staff and assisting in strategic planning to improve financial performance.

Qualifications

• Strong accounting skills including managing records and creating financial reports
• Experience in budgeting and financial planning
• Knowledge of compliance with financial regulations
• Supervisory skills for managing and supervising accounting staff
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA certification is a plus
• Experience in the manufacturing or construction industry is beneficial
