$100M budget international NGO seeks a Controller to report to the CFO. The organization has diverse funding sources and have been minimally impacted by cuts to federal funding. This business operates on 4 continents with their Global HQ located in Washington, DC.

The finance organization works remotely on East Coast hours, with little-to-no travel expected.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse international team of 6+ direct, and total oversight of 50+ indirect reports
• Oversight of GL, AP, AR, Payroll, and Financial Reporting teams
• Serve as point person for domestic and international audits and adhere to strict timelines
• Provide routine and ad hoc financial reports for C-suite review
• Ensure compliance with restricted fund requirements
• Participate in company-wide process improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting
• CPA highly preferred
• Management of team of 20+ reports (direct/indirect)
• Experience as a leader within $100M+ budget nonprofit
• International NGO experience highly preferred
• Federal grant compliance required
