Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Controller to oversee all financial activities. This role is responsible for managing accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to support business decision-making and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable tax laws
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and tax professionals
• Implement and maintain internal controls and financial procedures
• Support strategic planning and business development initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
• 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar)
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
